Berkshire DC, located across from John Adams and John Quincy Adams Hall in the Southwest residential area, features 11 different cooking areas, including sushi, made to order stir-fry, a vegetarian/vegan station, and a 40 foot Salad Bar. Just in time cooking is featured with freshness of ingredients in mind.
