Chocolate 101/Baking 101

UMass Dining is pleased to offer chocolate and baking classes to all UMass Students on a meal plan.  Registration will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  Each session is limited to 15 students. Pastry Chef Simon Stevenson will lead all classes.

Classes will be held at the UMass Bake Shop, Hampden Dining Commons.

Baking 101:

October 28nd Baking 101 UMass Bake Shop 2-5pm
November 4th Baking 101 UMass Bake Shop 2-5pm

Chocolate 101:
November 11th Chocolate 101 UMass Bake Shop 2-5pm
December 2nd Chocolate 101 UMass Bake Shop 2-5pm
December 9th Chocolate 101 UMass Bake Shop 2-5pm
