What is Gifts from Home?
Gifts from Home are care packages you can order online for a student. Orders may be picked up at a convenient location on campus -delivery is not available.

How are the students notified?
Students and parents are notified via email the morning when their Gifts from Home care package is ready for pickup.

Where can my student pick up her Gifts from Home care package?
Currently, students may pick up their care packages at yum! Bakery located in the Campus Center.

How will I know you received my Gifts from Home order I placed online?
You will receive a confirmation email from us immedietely when the order is placed.

How much time is needed to have a Gifts from Home order processed?
Your Gifts from Home order may be placed at least two business days in advance of the date you'd like the order to be ready.

What can I send through Gifts from Home?
There is an assortment of packages ranging from cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and exam survival kits. Some items are available for limited times only. More details can be found on our website: http://umassdining.com/services/gifts-home/product-catalog

Are there options available if my student is gluten free?

Is a message included with my package?
Yes! If you specify a custom message, this will be incorporated into a virtual greeting card for your student and included with their notification that an order is ready for pick up. Custom messages are included with all gifts.

How long must I wait for Bakeshop orders?
The Bakeshop needs at least two business days to process your order -this does not include weekends or holidays. 

What are the prices for these gifts?
